Patient visits are primarily online at this time. Please contact the office or schedule a free Initial Phone Consultation for more information. Please note that patients who are prescribed controlled substances as part of treatment will be required to meet in-person on occasion for continued care. Endeavor Mental Health only accepts clients currently residing in the state of Washington.

RIGHT TO RECEIVE GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE:
Under law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the anticipated bill for non-emergency care and services. If this applies to you:
- Make sure your provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your planned visit. You can also request this from any provider before you schedule an appointment.
- Know that you can dispute bills at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate.
- Make sure to save a copy or a picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
- Recognize that any price estimates on this website are general and do not serve as a Good Faith Estimate; please request this directly from your provider if needed.

and is unable to accept clients with these benefits.
Clients with other non-accepted commercial plans or no insurance may request information regarding private pay options.
Clients with other non-accepted commercial plans who choose to pay out of pocket for services may consider submitting a claim to their insurance for any allowable out-of-network reimbursement.
